EAST Lancashire motorists topped the county's drink driving league of shame for the second year.
Of 136 drink-drivers arrested during the Christmas clampdown, 25 were from the Accrington-based division and 29 from the Colne-based division, but police said they were pleased with a 20 per cent drop on last year.
