ON behalf of the Cancer Research Campaign in Turton, may I thank everyone who supported the annual Fancy Dress Three Legged Race on December 27 - 95 couples took part and £1,300.77 was raised within the village of Edgworth that day.
We look forward to seeing everyone again in December, 1999, for the last race of the century.
