POLICE were trying to find out who planted "an incendiary device" at a brewery.
Officers were called to Lion Brewery, Blackburn, after an explosive device went off in the security lodge.
The device went off without harming anyone or causing damage.
The incident came on the eve of the transfer of Matthew Brown's distribution operation to Chorley.
