THE picturesque village of Wycoller proved an ideal launching point for the Lancashire Evening Telegraph Grimewatch campaign's sixth year. Mayors from the six boroughs of East Lancashire, council officers and invited guests were welcomed to the Pendle village with a glass of mulled wine.
