SO, Mrs Wood (April 23) thinks she has got a problem with pigeons.
My garden furniture, windows, car, children's playthings, washing - indeed anything in their path - regularly gets covered in excrement from these "vandals".
Why doesn't the council introduce a scheme whereby pigeon owners have to apply for an annual licence. In my opinion, they should be kept well away from residential areas.
