YOUNG stars of the netball court reaped the rewards of a successful season when they received a special trophy.
Moss Side County Primary's top-class netball team were presented with the District Netball Award at their Paradise Lane school, Leyland, by mayor coun Jim Owen.
The team, pictured from left, are: Madeline Greenhalgh, 11, Nicola McKenzie, 11, Sarah Buck, 11, Rosie Leading, 10, Carly Halton, 11, Danielle Burrow, 11, Laura Houghton, 10, and Emma Pye 10, with coun Owen and wife Joan.
