MADCAP Geoff Small was tickled pink over his latest bit of paintwork.
Geoff had brushed off a neighbour's gripe and painted his house bright pink.
And he planned to smear his home in Richmond Terrace, Darwen, with Mr Blobby-style yellow spots!
His next-door neighbour, Gusta Green, 73, saw red, saying his actions would devalue her home.
