THE two homes for the elderly in Blackburn which were closed by the council have had cash spent on them for the Kosovo refugees.
On one, there is a sign still on the wall saying "Laneside HFE."
Does that mean that when the refugees go home, they will be used for the elderly again - our country's elderly?
