A NEW chief executive has been appointed at a Blackburn law firm.
Sue Christopher joins J & J Sharples from the Legal Aid Board where she was senior account manager.
The appointment follows the takeover of the Blackburn firm by David Phillips & Partners who have offices in Manchester, London, Liverpool and Bootle.
