A ROTTWEILER cross-breed dog that savaged a woman and killed a goat and a cat was terrorising residents of a Blackburn housing estate.
The animal roamed the Snowdon Avenue area, attacking a herd of goats, killing one and severely injuring two more. Mr Harry Holmes, 68, was told that the dog, with another, had been terrorising his goats for about three hours.
