GARSWOOD'S Helen Don-Duncan is set to defend her 200m backstroke title in the National Swimming finals at Sheffield's "Ponds Forge" next week.
The current British record holder is the favourite to win the event after winning the Silver medal at the World Championships in Hong Kong in February.
She also holds the bronze medal from the last Commonwealth Games and the silver from the European Championships.
