AN 88-year-old woman died today after falling 20ft from Blackburn town centre rooftop car park in Brown Street.
The widow, of Lamlash Road, Blackburn, has not been named by police. She was seen getting out of a taxi and walking up stairs close to the market at about 7am.
She suffered multiple injuries and died two hours later in Blackburn Royal Infirmary.
Police said there were no suspicious circumstances.
