A ROSSENDALE singer hailed as one of the best Irish musicians is set to play a gig close to home.
Donal Maguire has played with Dire Straits and received praise from Melody Maker and The Guardian.
Donal, who lives in Haslingden, plays The Rhythm Station, Rawtenstall, on Thursday.
