BAMBER BRIDGE manager Tony Greenwood believes the three-week break before his side's 6-1 thrashing of derby rivals Lancaster City was the fresh start his players needed.
Brig cruised to victory in the teams' fifth meeting this season with a healthy squad and some fine football.
Andy Grimshaw, Steve Aspinall, Nigel Greenwood, Dave Carroll, Pete Smith and Andy Whittaker all scored.
