BOLTON: Sam Allardyce is one man down ahead of Saturday's FA Cup round four trip to Grimsby Town - but he has three more waiting to fill the gap.
On loan right back Darren Holloway is ineligible, but Allardyce has young gun Dean Holden as well as John O'Kane and Jimmy Phillips vying for position, both fit again after hamstring injuries.
Allardyce could also bring Ricardo Gardner and Michael Johansen back in from the cold after substitute appearances at Walsall. Franck Passi, who has just signed a new deal to keep him at the Reebok until the end of the season, and Claus Jensen are both likely to retain their places.
Allardyce is hoping for a repeat of Bolton's last encounter with the Mariners - Wanderers last league win was a 2-0 victory over Grimsby at the Reebok Stadium on November 20.
Mark Fish will figure in his last game for Bolton after what could be six weeks - he jets out to South Africa for the African Nations Cup after the game.
Squad: Jaaskelainen, Bergsson, Fish, Ritchie, Jensen, Farrelly, Whitlow, Gudjohnsen, Taylor, Passi, Gardner, Johansen, Holdsworth, Banks, Hansen, O'Kane, Phillips, Aljofree, Holden, Strong, Staton
