THE Clarets reserves will be looking to ensure their progress to to the next stage of the Pontins League Cup when they visit Lincoln City reserves on Wednesday.

A win against the Imps will take Burnley through, while any other result would still give Lincoln, who are second in the First Division, a chance of taking top spot in the group in the return at Turf Moor.

Meanwhile, Mick Docherty's men continue to make rapid progress up the Premier Division.

THE CLARETS' matchday club and family village will be in operation again for the next home game against Oldham on January 22, from 12 noon-5pm.

The price for the match-day club is £10 and £8.50 for Junior Claret and Blues, which includes match ticket, two hours football, pre-match food and drink, penalty competitions and the chance to play on the pitch at half-time.

The family village includes penalty competitions, face-painting and electronis games. Anyone aged 13 and under is welcome.

ROSSENDALE Clarets are having an overnight stay for the game at Bournemouth on February 12. They are also taking bookings for Chesterfield next Saturday and anyone wishing to book for either should call Bev on 01706 224924 or 0976 519701.
