A DECISION on whether to build up to 80 new homes on the canalside Cherry Tree Machine Company site in Blackburn was deferred by planners.
Blackburn planning and highways committee wanted further talks with the developers, Kent-based Cormorant plc, before deciding the future of the 6.7 acre site between Green Lane and Nook Lane.
