NOW that the demonstration area 'Victoria Square' seems to have been completed in time for the local elections in May, has anyone considered organising a protest against the large increase in council tax.
The cost of this work and sculptures to decorate the new traffic roundabouts plus other unnecessary work have resulted in council tax relieving me of 25 per cent of a work's pension that took me 20 years to earn.
