The league hosted a Sportsman Dinner with some 125 people packing the Mick Martyn Bar at Hilton Park.
Former Leigh hooker Kevin Ashcroft was MC with Max Pressure providing the entertainment.
The league begins on May 7 with competing teams The Avenue, Boar's Head, Bridgewater, Bull's Head (Astley), Fir Tree, Foundry, Hag Fold WMC, Railway, Standard Mower and Three Crowns.
