Their application has been submitted to Wigan Council salong with the following planning applications:
14 Ling Drive, Atherton - rear extension to form kitchen, dining room and utility, together with two storey extension to the side; 34 Chestnut Drive, Leigh - side extension to form garage and kitchen with bedrooms above, together with conservatory at the rear.
Unit 3 Acorn Court, Leigh - change of use from B1 light industrial to wholesale warehouse (B8) with ancillary trade counter or general industrial (B2); Land adjacent 250-252 Swan Lane, Hindley - build detached house and garage; 11 Riding Close, Astley - side extension to form bedroom over existing garage.
Elmholme, Astley Moss - variation of condition number 3 on A/99/50875 by the removal of the reference to Class E and Class F, of Schedule 2, Part 1 of the GPDO 1995.
Cemetery Lodge, Hough Lane, Tyldesley - site caravan for temporary living accommodation; 15 Astley Hall Drive, Astley - retain conservatory and detached shed at the rear.
