The Lancashire Automobile Club hosts the annual Coast to Coast run.
Starting from Blackpool's Metropole Hotel at 8am on Saturday, August 5, competitors will call at a variety of checkpoints before finishing at the Ox Pasture Hall Hotel, Scarborough.
Classic car enthusiasts can see the field at the Parkers Arms, Newton-in-Bowland passage control, with the first car expected at 8.55am. Further details from Ronn Middleton, clerk of course, tel: 01257 416458.
