FIRE crews from Burnley and Padiham fought for 90 minutes to get a blaze at Burnley Paper Mills under control using water from the River Calder.
The crews were called to the Ashfield Road works just before 2am where 100 tons of baled waste paper was alight. There was no water supply at the yard.
