REPORTS of a house price boom were "misleading" in East Lancashire, an estate agent warned.
Roy Cook, principal of Roy Cook and Company in Blackburn, hit out at analyses of the national housing market, which he said failed to take local fluctuations into account, and he said East Lancashire prices were static.
