A WOMAN said to have mown down a neighbour in an Accrington street was at a park in Blackburn, with her sister and some friends at the time, a jury heard.
Rabenah Bostan, 28, did not return to Accrington until after she was alleged to have driven at Farzana Kauser Taj, leaving her injured, Burnley Crown Court heard. Bostan, of Richmond Hill Street, Accrington, pleads not guilty to dangerous driving and assault causing actual bodily harm, in June last year.
The court has heard claims that Bostan, whose family had been feuding with the alleged victim's, mounted the pavement and hit Mrs Taj. The defendant's sister, Yasmin, said she, Rabenah Bostan and some friends had gone to the par and stayed there until about 6pm.
They then went to a friend's house in Accrington and about 7pm to 7.30pm decided go home.
