A BLACKPOOL dancer is flying off to Paris after being chosen to join the cast at Eurodisney.
Carla Bradshaw, a former St Mary's RC High School and Collegiate sixth form pupil, was picked from over 60 hopefuls to take up a professional post at the top resort.
The 21-year-old is just about to complete a three-year dance & teachers of dance course at Preston College before she leaves for Paris.
"At GCSE level I had decided to do dance. A-levels were another useful back-up. I was just unsure whether I would teach or perform. Now I would like to teach, but want to carry on performing for the moment," said Carla.
She has been able to keep up her dance experience by spending a month performing nightly in a cabaret show in Portugal and has also taught at Blackpool and Fylde Stage Academy in Carleton and Blackpool and the Fylde College.
