A REAL trial of strength is in store at the Travellers Rest, Crab Street, this Saturday.
It's the venue for the St Helens Arm-wrestling Championships.
And there are a number of titles up for grabs.
They include: lightweight (12stones), middleweight (14st) and heavyweight (14st), with women competing in an open competition.
Weigh-in takes place between 7 and 7.30, with the first bout at 8pm.
The event is sponsored by G.S. Milton, jewellers, and Lanes Trophies.
