A TIRELESS troop of tumbling toddlers timed their own mini-Olympics to coincide with National Children's Activity Week.
Organisers hope that kids who took part in the mock games at Canon Lewis Hall in Holcombe Brook as part of the Tumbletots play programme for pre-school children will learn to enjoy exercise instead of dreading games lessons as they get older.
And pictured monkeying around is Jamie Hoyle (3), of Holcombe Brook, who certainly got into the swing of things.
Tumbletots licensee Sarita Collins, whose Holcombe Brook-based group staged the event, said: "These days with advancing technology, parents sometimes find it easier to keep their children occupied in front of the computer or television.
"Children are generally active and parents need to nurture that throughout their younger years so that they will find sports fun and keep to a healthy and active lifestyle."
