PILSWORTH Environment Company has given a grant of £45,695 to help fund an all-weather sports pitch which will give youngsters a real kick.
The pitch has been provided at Darnhill Community Centre in Heywood.
Pilsworth Environment Company, set up by Viridor Waste Management, uses cash from the Landfill Tax credit scheme to develop environmental community projects within a 10-mile radius of Pilsworth, Bury.
