THE second phase of a £1 redevelopment at the Peel Mills site in Bury is to begin shortly.
Manchester-based company Saville Gordon is poised to begin construction of a massive 38,000 sq ft warehouse at the ground in the town's Castlecroft.
Building work is expected to be completed within the next three months.
The first phase of the redevelopment, which began earlier this year, involved the building of 11 industrial units of various sizes.
Saville Gordon say the work will attract around 100 jobs to the site.
