An 8-2 victory by Lytham Ex Service B over their A team was good enough to take over the lead in the First Division by three points from previous leaders St Thomas Church A, who beat Seasiders B 6-4 in their last match.
In the Second Division, Lytham Ex Service C won their last two matches, 9-1 against AXA (Guardian) D and 6-4 against Prebond C to head the table from previous leaders Carleton C.
