BURNLEY'S deadly duo of Ian Moore and Andy Payton are relishing tomorrow's trip to second-placed Watford.

The pair look set to start their first game together following Moore's £1 million signing with Graham Branch filling in for the injured Lee Briscoe at left-back.

And both have reasons to look ahead with confidence. "It's going to be a good game. I've played against Watford already this season for Stockport and scored against them that time so hopefully it will be a good omen for me," said Moore, who is looking to open his Clarets accounts on his full debut.

The striker came on as a substitute in Tuesday night's 2-0 win over Norwich City which put Burnley just four points behind Graham Taylor's side, who have lost three on the bounce.

"We're back on the winning road again so we're going there with no fear and we're looking forward to it," said Payton, who notched his 11th of the season against the Canaries.

Watford have faltered after a storming start to the season and Dutch winger Nordin Wooter believes chopping and changing strikers hasn't helped.
