TO all the football supporters who went to Ewood Park and returned to their cars on Saturday and Wednesday and found fixed-penalty tickets on their windscreens, we wish to say sorry.
This council is certainly not doing any favours for the Rovers, but then they are so anti-motorist that they will kill this town.
