I WISH that St Helens Council would take a leaf out of Liverpool City Council's books and ban all ball games in streets and roads which are in residential areas. I get plagued by the same kids nearly every day.
I work shifts, so sometimes I am sleeping all day and in the evenings early on, to get up at some godforsaken hour like 2.30am to go home earlier.
The constant bump, bump of a ball and sometimes the screaming and shouting that goes with it becomes distressing, in an otherwise quiet area.
Do something St Helens Council PLEASE, or I might just refuse to pay my Council Tax to you.
