THE St Helens Choral Society are holding their spring concert on Saturday, April 28, at St Helens Town Hall, starting at 7.30pm.
Choir and orchestra will be conducted by Paul Chamberlain, orchestra leader is Pat Donnelly and soloists are Philippa Hyde and Sasha Johnson Manning (both soprano), Helen Francis (alto), Peter Bates (tenor) and Tayo Aluko (bass).
The programme will include Bach's 'Magnificat in D', Vivaldi's 'Gloria' and Handel's 'Zadok The Priest' plus a variety of baroque solos and duets.

Meanwhile, the society is looking for singers of all voices. There are no auditions and anyone interested is asked to contact Ken on 01744 811330 or 01744 22632.
