ANCHORSHOLME Primary School, the only primary training school in the North West, is seeking sponsors to help raise money for a vital new IT centre.
Hard-working parents and staff have already managed to raise £10,000 towards the centre, which will include an inter-active computer whiteboard for training purposes, video conferencing facilities and up to 15 computers with internet access. The centre which will be fully acessible to the disabled, will not only serve the education and training needs of the staff and pupils, but will also be open to local organisations and the public in the evenings and at weekends.
