REVISED jobless figures for Bury during March have shown a greater increase than the previously-published statistics.
Nearly two weeks ago, the borough's claimant count was put at 2,090.
However, the revised figures released this week now put the Bury total at 2,126. That represents an increase of 42 over February's unemployment figures.
March's revised statistics were issued because of earlier errors in the original claimant count data.
The borough's claimant count rate is 2.9 per cent.
