STORKS boss Graham Howarth is eyeing a top five finish although eight games in two weeks might prove just too many.
It's been a great season for Padiham, promoted last season from the West Lancs League, into the NWCL Division Two.
"I would have taken a top half of the table finish at the start of the season but now, if we hadn't had bad injuries over Christmas and January, we could have finished higher," said the Storks boss.
"I think the top four in our league stand out but it's my job to perhaps add a few new faces in the summer and hopefully plug that gap for next season."
Padiham are at home to Holker Old Boys tomorrow.
