ON behalf of everyone at The Stroke Association, I would like to thank all the readers who nominated people for our 'Life After Stroke Awards'. Nominations have now closed and the charity received a wonderful response.
The winners will be presented with their awards at the ceremony on July 17 in London. It will be compered by Dickie Davies, and celebrities including Fiona Phillips, Ronnie Corbett, Nick Owen and Handy Andy (Andy Kane) are all due to attend the ceremony.
