SEASON SO FAR:

The Blades looked set for a play-of place going into March but a run of six defeats in the last 10 games and no win in four home games scuppered the hopes.

MANAGER:

Neil Warnock finally landed his dream job when he was appointed United boss in December, 1999 following his departure from Bury. The ex-Scarborough, Notts County, Huddersfield and Oldham chief has enjoyed plenty of promotion success down the years but found it elusive this time around.

TOP SCORER:

Veteran striker David Kelly is the top scorer with six. However, recent arrivals Carl Asaba and Peter Ndlovu have both exceeded that figure this season.

PREDICTED LINE-UP:

Neil Warnock is expected to stick with the side that won at Grimsby last week with the possible return of Gus Uhlenbeek in place of Ben Doane on the left flank.

ONE TO WATCH:

Peter Ndlovu, the Zimbabwe international has been in decent form for the Blades since his arrival from Birmingham City, scoring twice in the last three games.

DID YOU KNOW?

A draw at Bramall Lane could still be enough to keep Burnley's play-off hopes alive if Birmingham and Preston both lose tomorrow.
