nA DRINK driver who downed 20 pints of lager, a bottle of whisky and ecstasy has walked free from court.
The 21-year-old who went on a 24 hour bender got into his car to buy cigarettes and crashed into a lamp post.
Magistrates sentenced him to just 200 hours community service and banned him for just two years.
There's something cockeyed somewhere. He was said to be only twice the legal limit.
If he drank all that it was said he did he should be dead. He must have the constitution of an ox -- and the brain of a gnat.
