A 10-year-old boy told by Burnley magistrates to go to school was arrested again by police within hours -- driving a milk float.
The child, who had been bailed by the morning court to join his classmates at 1pm, was brought back before the bench in the afternoon.
The court was told police found the youngster with youths at 1.20pm.
He was driving a milk float at Pendle Village, near the B&Q store in Lomeshaye.
The justices said they would take no action on the breach of bail -- and warned him not to take any notice of older youths as they would lead him astray -- and then run off and leave him.
The boy, from the Pendle area, and who cannot be named for legal reasons, was rebailed to appear before the youth court at Reedley on May 8.
He is accused of a £117 burglary at a Nelson church.
