A MUM who returned from a stay in hospital to find her co-habitee drunk showed him the door, a court heard.
Trevor Wooding, 31, then went back, threw stones at the window, and shouted abuse until finally neighbours complained about his behaviour.
Wooding, of Compston Avenue, Loveclough, admitted breaching the peace and was bound over in the sum of £200, for 12 months.
Christiana Buchanan, prosecuting, told Burnley magistrates the defendant's co-habitee claimed he had been getting drunk regularly lately. She had been in hospital for a couple of days and returned home to find Wooding in the house, the worse for drink.
She managed to get him out of the property with the help of her elder daughter, but Wooding returned. Police were called, Wooding was abusive and ended up getting arrested.
Sajjad Karim, defending, said Wooding did not have any recollection of what happened and all his about £150 a week earnings were spent on alcohol.
