IN response to Roy Davies' remarks (Letters, April 25), about Blackburn Cathedral being involved in plans to renovate the listed buildings in nearby Church Street, I think they would be suitable as a restaurant and exclusive cafe for Cathedral users, because of their size, its usual congregation would fit in perfectly.
The Cathedral should become an all-night rave club and surrounding pubs turned into small churches representing each denomination.
