Now before you place your cross in the election booth, perhaps Mr Blair should be asked just what has happened to the 22.48 billion quid (yes folks, that 's 22.48 billion!) raised in the sale for UK 3G licenses. In simple terms, this money is paid to use the air! The bit that enables radio signals to pass from mobile to mobile And >from cell to cell & ¬ bad for nowt! Hands up all those who knew about this or better still those who know what it is to be used for!
