FIREMEN were called to Blackburn Infirmary after doctors were unable to release a washer from a little girl's finger.
The young girl was in a lot of pain as the washer had cut into her skin. "She was very brave," said a spokesman at Blackburn fire station, after a hacksaw was used to release the washer.
