YOUNGSTERS from St James' School, Clitheroe, will appear on a special Father's Day edition of TV's Songs of Praise.
Children throughout the UK have been asked what makes their dad so special and producer Norman Ivinson, who lives in Clitheroe, found material on his own doorstep.
As well as comments from four St James' pupils, footage from playtime at the school is used as a backdrop to 'Father and Son' sung by Darwen-born Christian singer Bryn Haworth.
The programme, to be broadcast on Sunday, includes footage of children playing in Lancashire streets in the 1950s.
Norman produced the Ribble Valley edition of the programme which was broadcast in 1997. He is a member of St James' Church in Clitheroe.
