WORK to repair the fire and water damaged Haslingden Library is now well under way and should be completed by June 22.
The library was badly damaged in January when a firebomb was thrown into the upstairs exhibition gallery.
Librarian Victor Marcinkiewicz said: "The new shelving has now arrived so we can start putting the new stock out and we are hoping by the end of the week we will be nearly finished the lending library and competition of the whole job will be a week on Friday."
