A 22-YEAR-OLD Darwen man was stabbed in the shoulder and chest during a late night attack.
The victim, who needed 12 stitches, is thought to have been involved in an argument with another man following a party in Angel Court, Darwen.
The wounding happened at the rear of Highfield Street at 11pm on Friday.
Police say a model-making knife was probably used. They want to speak to the second man who is white, 5ft 8ins white and wore a dirty woollen hat, scruffy jeans and a light coloured fleece jacket.
