A WONDERFUL story with a happy ending and a picture that said it all -- with a little knowledge of first-aid, chip shop worker Bill Rawson rescues a damsel in distress (LET, July 24).
The story had tension, drama and success all rolled into one.
When the chips are down, it brings out the best in society.
