AN 82-year-old woman faced being taken to court over a wheelie bin war involving her 93-year-old neighbour.
Partially blind house-bound Catherine Lang was at loggerheads with Elsie Metcalfe over where they put their rubbish.
Blackburn Council warned the pair, of Brownhill Drive, Blackburn to resolve their differences or be taken to court.
